Scripture and Meditation Reading:
Proverbs 3:3-6
Dear Beloved,
Stop, think, and listen!
God in His Infinite Wisdom, teaches us how to skillfully read His
Word. He teaches his children how to listen, in our “spirit man,”
with our inner ears. As you read the Word of God today, what is He
saying to you, your situation, circumstances, or condition? There
are principles in the Word that correspond to every experience and
need that mankind will encounter. Remember that Jesus knows, and He
cares about everything that is important to us (Hebrews
2:17-18). When we begin to really
comprehend this, life becomes an exciting journey. We don’t know how
the situation will be resolved, but, in Him, we know with confidence
that it will be resolved.
If you aren’t applying
“Biblical Principles” to your life, begin doing so now. You will
begin to be able to say with confidence and absolute boldness, “The
Lord is my Helper. What can man do to me (Heb.
13:6)?” Therefore, it is essential that we
acquire the habit of saying what the Word says. We are not deterred
by our circumstances, but we stand on the sayings (Word) of God. We
know that God is Truth. He cannot and will not lie (Num.
23:19). If His Word says it, He will do
it. No matter what the senses perceive, in the midst of what you are
going through, speak the Word regarding your situation, and never
never give up until a change occurs. Remember, first we say
(confess) the Word-then we wait for the manifestation of that Word.
Think of yourself as a farmer who has sown seeds in his field
waiting for the manifestation of the crop (outcome) of those seeds
that he has so diligently planted. Now the farmer waits for the
harvest.
Never confess God’s Word in
an uncommitted manner. Stop using the words, “I can’t.” Replace them
with, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me (Phil.4:
13). “ Even though your monthly income may
be in the form of Social Security or other retirement resources,
never say, “I’m on a fixed income.” Your Father God is not on a
fixed budget. “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof (Ps.
24:1).” His mercies are new every morning
(Lam.
3:23).” If you’re His child, He will
supply your every need according to His riches in Glory by Christ
Jesus (Phil.4:
19). Begin to verbally confess, “All of my
needs are met.” He will meet your needs spiritually, physically, and
abundantly financially (3
John v.2). Take the limits and brakes off
God; stop limiting Him (Ps.78:
41). God will do what we willingly permit
Him to do. He does not violate our wills. Before the foundation of
the world, He set up the system for our welfare, and He magnifies
His Word even above His name (Ps.138:
2). Put your total trust in your
Creator. God loves you, and
He’s concerned about everything that concerns you!!!
